Hope all of our members are having a great summer so far. Below are some of the upcoming events for August 2011

KINSMEN/MASON BRUNCH

• Kinsmen/Mason monthly brunch will be taking place on Sunday August 6, 2011. Make sure you take some time and stop by to enjoy a delicious breakfast.

CHAMBER SIGN/TOURIST BOOTH

• If you have an upcoming events and would like to put the information on the Chamber sign, please contact the Chamber a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your event with all information. (Free of Charge courtesy of the Chamber)
• It's not too late to drop off your brochures at our tourist booth or flyers for upcoming events.

WEBSITE

• Please take a moment to stop by the Chamber's new website and feel free to send us your thoughts on the new layout as well as the new member's log in. We have a calendar that you can now search months in advance for events or post your own events.
• The Chamber would like to thank their IT Committee who put in the hard work on producing such a great website.

HALDIMAND MOTORS TRICYCLE RACE

• The Chamber is looking for a minimum of 10 volunteers to help out with parking cars on the day of the Tricycle Race, please contact Chicky Potter at 905-772-5801 to put your name on the list.

FOOD BANK

• The new Cayuga Food Bank is now open and is located just behind Stephan's V & S, beside TC's Gym. Please take a moment to drop off non-perishable food donations to help assist those in need in our community.
